How do I return a product?

Returns are easy and convenient. You may return your purchase within 30 days for a refund. We will only accept returns for products that are still in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. For more information, please see our Warrant and Returns page.

NuMe professional styling tools have been manufactured to the highest standards and quality to ensure that you will receive reliable products. All straighteners have been tested, however, in the event of manufacturing defects NuMe offers a warranty valid from the date of purchase with valid proof of purchase and registration.
